Recommendations are gathered from local 960 Vermont drivers who got a quote or applied for a car loan in the past 12 months. We survey 4 broad areas; loan application, loan term and rate, speedy quote and decision, plus if borrowers recommend the lender:
- Loan Application (0 to 5): How easy it is to apply for your auto loan. What’s the amount of information asked. How fast do you complete your application for your loan.
- Loan Term& Rate (0 to 5): Are you satisfied with the loan rate offered and loan term available? Are you satisfied with the fees or absence of fees?
- Speedy Quote & Decision (0 to 5): Were you happy with the guidance and speed you were offered, speed of a quote requested, and speed to get a decision on your loan?
- Recommendation (yes/no): Do you recommend this lender after going through the process?
