The Academic Competitiveness Grant is awarded to student based on their academic performance.
This education grant is available for undergraduate students in their first two years of a two or four year program. The grant can be worth up to $750 in the first year and up to $1,300 in the second year. Additional requirements are below:
Receiving a Pell Grant.
US citizen.
Enrolled full time.
Have completed a rigorous high school program.
State Scholars Initiative requirements (already offered in 14 States).
A set of courses similar to the State Scholars Initiative requirements.
Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate courses and test scores.
