I thiank god every day I am still here for my children , but can not stand sitting in the house 24/7 with nothing to do . I cant make ends meet with the money I get from SS and I also have trouble putting food on te table for my children , I am looking for help trying to find some kind of work that i can do at home to make some extra money . I went from working 2 jobs for 9 years and now I have nothing to even show for . I can not work out in the public because of the meds. I am on . I am to much of a liability . So if you could help I would appreciate it . And God Bless you all ! I take strong pain meds to be able to get out of bed,walk or sit in a chair. I can do light duty side jobs.. I don't qualify for disability and would rather work anyway..I'm getting older and the pain medicine doesn't help as much as before.. I've been looking for a full time job but never get hired..I believe it's because of the medication I take..Believe ME..If I had a business I would hire me in a minuet..I'm not bragging but I know who I am..Tough, Hard working, Honest, Loyal etc..I cut back on the meds and now I'm stuck in the house alone..(it felt good to share) God Bless you All ben I’m 57 and have chronic back and leg pain.. After reading them, I feel they have more needs than I do. However, I do need help. I am a 73 yr.old woman who was retired a year and a half ago from my job of 16 years. I, my 80 yr old husband and my disabled 49 yr. old son live on social security checks and my sons social security disability check. We have used up all my little bit of savings helping to keep from losing our home, buying necessary items; food,gasoline, clothing, paying utilities, medical bills, and insurances. I have rheumatoid arthritis, high blood pressure, alerigies, reflux disease and a back that has been operated on once but is near to having to have a second operation. My husband has a pacemaker for his heart, a CPAP machine to keep him from stopping to breathe, has had both knees operated on, and is badly in need of dental work. Our disabled son was in a vehicle accident when he was 14. He had a terrible head injury. The doctors gave us no hope that he would survive, but if he did they said he would be a "vegetable" the rest of his life. To make a long story short, by the power of prayers from people all over the country, a "miracle", he improved to graduate from highschool, and went ahead to work until he was 44 yrs old when he began having seisures. When he started , he would have them one after the other, as many as 20 a day. We have a very good neuro-doctor who has put him on medicine which has partially controlled them. He cannot work at any job, and is on complete disability. All that I am asking for is enough to suppliment our monthly income so that I can meet all our bills. I've run out of any extra that I had and now cannot meet them all. I have to care for both of my family members and I do not know where to turn.
