Minority
Minority groups are groups that are disadvantaged and underrepresented in society when compared with the majority population. They have unequal access to opportunities and hold limited political and economic power. There are grants and scholarships available to help minority groups overcome these barriers. Scholarships and grants are awarded based on financial need and academic or other merit and typically do not have to be repaid.
