I have just graduated from college and was not eligable for a pell grant. I was on section 8 waiting list for 12 yrs.when it finally came through, my kids were grown. I really want a chance to be my own home-owner and to be able to pay for it and to get out of debt. any help will be a big help..please. thank you

nuew roof was just put on.The elestric needs up graded,the main panel plus all the wireing.sure would like to put solar panels in the back yard. We do have the room to do so Thank you Larry Groves

I own a 3 family house, and have not received rent from the 2nd Fl rear apt since 9/15/09, and the 2nd Fl Front apt since 2/1/10. I have to pay for heat and hot water for all apartments. I cannot afford to pay for all these expenses without having any income. I need assistance now, because I have no money coming in to support this house.
