I am 67 years old and of course i am retired which means we only have the one income coming in because my wife has always been a stay at home mom(which you do not get paid for) Our home is in need of many repairs espically a new roof and newer windows that our more energy efficient.So we are hoping that there is someone out there that can help us with our needs.Thank You for taking the time to read our request.Hope to hear from someone soon. i live in a house that is 70 years old , it has asbestoes around the heater that there is no gas for , it has it in the attic, and walls . the floor is weak and will not hold electric wheelchair, and how am i to get it up the stairs . the bathroom is small and probley got mold in the walls. it needs to be torn down and a new 3 bed room built in its place. my grandchild sleeps in the same room as us. my daughter is in the basement bed room.

our home is in need of a roof Badly and need repairs in two bathrooms. We have raised 8 children in this home so we did,nt always have money for the rwpairs. I am on social sercurty disabilty and my husband works but now lights arew costing 350 a month plus every other utility going up we just live from check to check so theres extra to make repairs.

our house foundation in the basement is bowed and cracked in half and was told it is dangerous to live in it we been in the house for about 40 year we are on a fix income because of my health and we want to stay in the location we want to get the house torn down and do without the basement,but can not afford it.
