I live in LaGrange, Georgia. My home is an older house. The house is sound, but the plumbing and electrical is badly in need of upgrading, it will not pass city codes. I cannot afford to make these changes. I need a home improvement grant. Thank you.

house is not level in places.We are elderly and on a fixed income. I, Imogene had surgery in August which has gone the wrong direction and left me somewhat handicapped in many ways, my husband 79 yrs. old has had three heart attacks.
