Home Community Programs are part of the largest federal block grant in the United States. HOME provides over $2 billion dollars annually to state and local governments to cover a vast array of housing needs for low income families.


 
This vast grants program includes many types of home improvement, repairs or reconstruction of owner occupied homes, using various financial means such as grants, deferred-payments loans, no-interest loans and interest loans.
