Terms & Conditions – Guest Post
This policy oversees the relationship between you, the writer and MyFinancialPrograms (further referred to as “MFP” “us,” or “our”), as well as the actions taken by the community which participates in: MFP blog comments, MFP blog submissions, public/private Q&A, personal profiles and company profiles. This blog may only be used for the purpose of discussing matters related to categories found on MFP’s site.
Offensive Content
All content posted or found in comments or replies should not be or show any intention to launch personal or public attacks. Content with the following intentions or language will be removed without notice at MFP discretion with possible further action to terminate the authors account: infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, spam, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, abusive, profane, threatening, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive or illegal information or material, and do not utilize this blog in any illegal manner. Do not post any information or other material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner.
Systems Abuse
Posting irrelevant content, repeatedly posting the same or similar content or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Network’s infrastructure.
Content Ownership
In submitting your blog post to MFP Guest Blog Post, you grant MFP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, continuous, license to use your content and hidden electronic data, including, without limitation, the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your content, and/or to incorporate it into a collective work.
Ramblings
Although it’s good to build a rapport with readers please try and keep the information focused and flowing. We ask that comments and replies remain on topic. We will remove off-topic comments or sub-threads after a few entries .
Author’s Responsibility
As the account holder you are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account even when content is posted by others who have access to your account. Guard your account password diligently!
Misrepresentation
It is illegal to impersonate any other person, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your company or affiliation with any person or entity. If you have reason to believe you’ve been misrepresented please contact us immediately at [email protected] we’ll get right on it!
Promotional Rules
You can promote a business, product, or service as long as the promotional content is relevant and valuable for MFP’s readership and is related to the blog post itself. The relevancy of the promotional content is entirely determined by MFP. MFP editors hold the right to remove without notice any link or change anchor text if they feel is not inline with the content of the post. Commercial ties with the promoted business, product or service must be visibly disclosed.
Blog Post Removal
A request to have your blog post submission removed must be sent within twenty-four hours of publication. Reminder that a notification will be sent to the author when the post is published, the twenty-four hours time-frame begins when this notification is sent. Any comments generated within the 24hrs period may be retained.
Linking
A maximum of 1 link to the account holders site will be permitted but you can link to other relevant resources for your content. Links can appear in the main body of your text. Ideally the link going to your site should be in your personal or company 2-3 lines bio or intro, and its anchor text should be your personal or company brand name.
